-Save and print as many ad forms as you need. Every ad should be on a separate ad form. You will be responsible for turning in your ad form in person

-Cost for a picture on your ad is for 1 dancer only. Please add an additional picture add on if more than 1 dancer. 

-We accept cash, check, card (with fee). You are able to turn in multiple forms of payment they do not have to all be on one check.

-ALL BUSINESS CARDS AND LOGOS SHOULD BE EMAILED TO ads@onmovingdancecompany.com
  *The deadline for all business cards emailed is March 23rd. No exceptions
   *Please attach a photocopy of the business card that is being emailed, to your ad form. 

-If ad sales do not add up to the total amount needed for pictures, please submit payment difference. 

-All ads must be turned in on Thursday, March 7th between 12:00pm-8:00pm to receive early bird rate and be eligible for Ad Court. Please do not turn in any ad or picture forms prior to March 7th. All ad and picture forms should be turned in at the same time.

*Royal ad court and cover dancer will be announced by 10:00pm on March 7th.  Ad Court contest ends on March 7th.

If you have not yet turned in your picture or ad forms by March 21st your account will still be assessed the $95 per dancer picture fee but your dancer's photo may not be in the recital program book. If you do not turn in a picture form for your dancer's picture, the picture may not appear in the book but the fee is still assessed for every dancer.
